To ensure our work drives meaningful change, BreakFree follows a structured Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework. It helps us track progress, uphold transparency, and continuously learn from the communities we serve.

Our MEAL approach includes inclusive data practices, ethical safeguards, adaptive learning cycles, and feedback from participants to strengthen impact.

Over the years, I have passionately led and contributed to initiatives that foster education, empowerment, and sustainable development in vulnerable communities.

🌍 Community Service Projects

Souls for Success – An empowerment and wellness initiative developed through my leadership in BreakFree as part of the Millennium Fellowship 2024. The project focused on supporting underserved students and girls by:
- 🎒 Distributing school supplies and shoes to underserved students
- 💫 Leading menstrual hygiene education workshops to empower girls
- 🧭 Hosting peer-led sessions on confidence, leadership, and goal setting
- 🤝 Collaborating with schools & stakeholders to ensure lasting change
Tech-Enhanced Learning Spaces (TLT) – Renovated 5 classrooms to create engaging, student-centered environments. This project was carried out in collaboration with educators, volunteers, and innovators working to bridge the digital divide. Key highlights included:

- 🎨 Creative, student-friendly classroom design
NourishKids – A sustainable development platform aligned with SDG2 to combat hunger and malnutrition, featuring:
